I’m a first time owner of an mx5 and I have a mk2.5 NB
Earlier today, my indicators stopped working altogether and I have no idea why. It started when the radio (aftermarket and not securely installed) fell out and I put it back into the center console. When this happened, the radio stopped working.
I checked the fuses and the audio fuse had blown, so that was replaced, to no avail. It wasn’t until about an hour later I realized that the indicators were also no longer working.
All other fuses have been checked and are all working properly.
The previous owner (I later realized) did a really shoddy wiring job for the radio. I have no idea where to even start with car electrics so I’m lost.
