Tried the club insurance and they turned the car down because I kept on the street (I live in nice part of central London) Saga My normal insurance company wants £800, I am not 21 and have 25 years clean driving NCB so I was wondering if I can do better. 2006 NC 2.0 sport

Does anyone have any advice?

London is not great for insurance prices, mine is £830, even though I park in a private driveway next to my building and not on the street. I’m in the south east.

However, despite being 42 I’ve only had my UK license for little over a year, so I suspect that doesn’t help.

Try Aviva Zero,they came up with a decent quote for me although I don’t live anywhere near London, East Mids.
