Hi all 

A date has been booked for a social evening the 28th July at the Sports and Social Club at Wheaton Aston for the story of the Shadows with live guitar music.then music to have a dance to.

Tickets £9 pp to include buffet, family and friends welcome

Well as I said last nite. We were both a long way from being sure that this was going to be our cup of tea, but as you had both gone out of your way to organise it, we were happy to come along to support your hard work and give it a go.

Sooo glad we did . The whole evening was a truly great sucess. The guy on the guitar, excellent, a wealth of knowledge and entertaining storeys that backed up his work on the strings.

Beer was cheap the buffet…quality.

When he moved on to his 2nd set the dance floor filled up which for me is always a sign that things have gone well.

Thanks for putting on a great NWM evening…

A thoroughly entertaining evening with our NWM friends.

How you achieved live music, a lovely buffet & a prize for everyone @ £ 9.00 a ticket is a bit of a mystery !

Sue and Graham,

A superb event. It was just nice to see everyone that attended having a good time. Neil and Mark bonding on the dance floor. Wayne lovingly holding a chocolate bar that was won on the tombola. Paul also proudly holding up his chocolate tombola prize which he knew in his heart of hearts he wouldn’t get to eat as Tracey stared at the chocolate with an expectant gaze!. Add to this everyone getting on the dance floor being mindful of Neil and Mark!

All this was made possible by the planning of Sue and Graham and the help on the afternoon of Mike and Margaret in setting up the room. It just shows what we achieve together when we are out to have a good time.
