i have a 2014 adventura which has a avn2 audio Mazda/alpine head unit, the same unit is standard on the 2014 25th anniversary model. I can connect my iPod but have no way of choosing what is played or seeing any lists of albums or artist. has anybody else experienced this problem.

I have a 25th Anniversary and the is a USB socket in the back of the centre console under the cover. I connect my iPod nano there and all the details of the album / songs shows on the radio screen, even the Album cover shows on screen.

I use an iPod classic and it will not work, I have tried other iPod classics and still no luck. I am going to see if I can get hold of a nano and try that. Thanks for your reply.
