Or go here STICKERS & DECALS (mx5oc.co.uk) and buy one. But not yet as they only have the 2023 at the moment.
My December copy of the magazine and calendar arrived on 19th Dec. The envelope was in appalling condition. Since there are other complaints here, I think the quality of the envelopes should be improved. It was only by re-reading this thread now that I managed to retrieve the envelope from the bin, and find the decal!
