Hi Folks,
Seeing that there will not be a meeting in December. We thought a little reminder about the January 12th 2020 run would be in order to mention now.
Instead of meeting at Dolittles Garden Centre,we propose to now meet at YE OLDE PUNCHBOWL COUNTRY INN,
LUDLOW ROAD BRIDGNORTH WV16 5NQ. We think this is the most logical meeting point for this run.
We will meet up 10.15a.m. to depart 10.30 a.m.
Provided the weather is in our favour(no snow ) we will carry out this run as arranged.We will visit the N.T. Brockhampton Estate (non members must pay)and then make our way to the Masons Arms Inn for a roast dinner costing £11.95 each. The choice of meat will be beef or pork or nut roast.If you could make your choice and let us know either on this page or at the November meeting or by text,this would be helpful as I have to let the Inn know by 1st January.
It is possible a dessert after the meal could be ordered.This would obviously be an extra cost.The main reason we don’t recommend a starter is that it isn’t a particularly large kitchen and there would be a longer wait for our meal.
We now have a full complement of people,18 cars in all, so a reserve list will be started in case a vacancy occurs.
