I did not see that while do the booking
Also I bought the standard ticket + display parking before
I answered the customer service to see if I can change to club display parking, they said the club pass already sold out.

I been it touch with bloody Kelsey they should be ready to down load on Thursday / friday this week my account is saying ready to download and print out soon …but its been saying this for two months now …so I decided come thursday if they are not available I be doing somthing else Next Sunday…

They posted on Instagram a couple of days ago saying there were about 100 tickets left. I think that’s just general admission though.

Hi what are the details on the regular club stand? Ive booked for display on the regular stand and im a subscribed member. I have received my tickets however when i go to download the Club Display Pass on my phone nothing shows up.

We were updated today by the Japfest team and made aware that the passes will not display properly today, this will be rectified tomorrow.
They have recently posted on Social media on the issue also.

Just tried to download mine… Its just a blank A4 sheet with my car reg. in the bottom left ??

Hi Ian , will Japfest be emailed us the correct club passes or will it be you?
If you bought the ones from the Japfest directly they will come from them.
If you bought them through the Club Store, I will email them as soon as I have them.
I used the link when the club first posted that they were available and used the club password to get club display tickets. It was back in December.
