So in the "Your Vehicle Passes " section the Japfest account (having followed the link from my email), there are no documents to download. In the “Your Tickets” section there a button called "Download Tickets " and this just downloads the pdf with the QR code on it that I referred to earlier.

I had an email with tickets attached when I ordered them in January; one for Club Driver Entry & another Club Entry. Those are for my & my passenger.
I got sent an email earlier this week with a link to Log In, where I could download my vehicle pass using the menus on the left.
It does sound odd that you would get a “Club” Entry, without the vehicle pass, as that’s surely the point of booking with a Club!
If in doubt, I’d give Kelsey a ring. The two people I’ve spoken to have been very helpful amid the issues of incorrect passes being issued.
Okay, I have called them and they have explained that a Club Entry ticket does not give you access to the club stand. It just gets you in and you park in the car park like a normal punter. So I’ve basically got my car all prepared for no reason. I’m guessing I’ve missed something while I did the original booking, but I did try hard to ensure I was doing this the correct way. My intention was always to get the opportunity to have my car on the club stand. So it’s all a bit disappointing.

I have checked and you are on the Club Code list I’ve had from them so you should have a Club car pass
So should I call them back and mention this to them?

Spoke to a manager this time. She said I have a club event ticket which doesn’t get you on the club stand. A club driver ticket would have got me on the club stand. Apparently this should have been obvious to me. I’m wondering if I had assumed that a driver ticket was for those who also wanted track time, but I can’t remember. So the car park is my only option.
That’s annoying. I remember thinking the ordering process was not clear at all. I think I must have read every potential option four or five times, and it wasn’t until this week that I knew I’d ordered the right thing.

I’ve checked on the JapFest website under vehicle pass and nothing was there? I have a club booking password but dont suppose it is that?

Hi I know it’s a long shot but does anyone have a ticket they aren’t using for Japfest my mate has messed up and only bought the camping ticket thinking it would include entry ticket but it doesn’t. If not I may be going on my own
