A run is planned for the Sunday 23 June, starting at Asda, Dowlais Top, Merthyr Tydfil.CF48 2YF. Meet at 10:30 for a  11am start, run will be approx 70miles with a rest stop in Abergavenny, finishing at lunch time in Monmouth.<o:p></o:p>
