Key Code or Wheel Nut Adapter?

I found this card when I got my car. Is the number for a key or the wheel nut adapter? I could really do with a spare key. Also, my 2.5 Sport only came with a key, no fob, is that right? It has two horns fitted and one had been disconnected. When I tried reconnecting it, the alarm kept going off randomly and when I was opening the door.
TIA, Drewski.

That’s for the locking wheel nut key.

Agreed. I’ve found someone local to do the welding and have picked up a rail repair kit but, until I get my other car finished, (all the major work is done, just waiting for brake parts to arrive), I need the Mazda for transport and can’t do without it. I’ve also wire brushed all the suspension components and found no serious rot, which is a relief. Renewed the rear brakes, fixed the PAS and currently trying to work out which exhaust to use.

If I don’t get this alarm sorted, (just went off again while unlocking the door), I’m worried the neighbours will set fire to the car

So I found yet another horn, on the bulkhead. I’ve disconnected it and it looks like it’s the alarm one. It looks factory, at least the bracket does, but part of the wiring doesn’t. I disconnected it. When I went to unlock the car, the hazards looked like they came on but no horn, so that’s a step forward hopefully. I hope I’m not going to be immobilised, 'hate that. The owners manual that came with tthe car has two paragraphs, one for keys and one for “keyless ignition”. Amongst all the MX-5 interweb stuff I’ve consumed, I’m sure I read something about a “single key” set up. I guess that was misinformation? How do I get a working fob then, is it possible without lots of money? Or is there a way round? Using proof of ownership?
