Knocking over large bumps at rear of car

It is most likely the spherical bearings on the rear suspension. 2 each side and easily replaced at a reasonable cost. Contact MechanicalDesigner for advice and a solution.

Apologies if this is a silly question, but have you checked for anything loose and heavyish in your boot, like the little tool pack that often sits in the right rear space behind the boot carpet? I speak from experience
