Found these on good old fleabay and theyr from the US

Including the s&h (and even before the dreaded Import charges lol) it seems like a bargain! After reading some replies to what suspension is appropriate for my MK1 MX5 to replace the hard Bilsteins I have decided to go for a Shock/spring combo as this seems to be a good compromise between better ride comfort and handling.
What do people think of these? Not much info on them but obviously need springs so what 50mm ones would you recommend? Tein? Eibach Sportline (Not pro-line)?
I did quite a bit of research into dampers etc when I was
experiencing issues with my Gaz Gold Pros a little while back. The KYB GR-2’s
are identical to KYB Excel G’s (as sold by some of
the UK specialists). Essentially an OEM+ damper – thinking seems to be they’re
a bit stiffer. Could potentially be a good match with Autolink’s own sport
springs (about 10% stiffer than standard, but quite a bit lower, iIrc), but
last I checked they hadn’t got anyone running that exact combo; this may have
changed, however.
A friend whose opinion I value and trust (very experienced
motoring writer and road tester) had KYBs on his previous late 1.8 Mk1 and
found them a little bit too jittery. But I believe that was with stock springs,
and as a breed (I’m also a motoring writer*) we do tend to be fussy about ride
quality. Probably depends what you want out of the car. The same friend now has
an early 1.6 Eunos and is fitting Gaz Absolutelys.

I should point out this doesn’t mean I’m immune to spelling and grammar mistakes…
as is probably evident from previous posts!
