After a two year absence the West Norfolk Group are returning to RAF East Kirkby for their 1940’s weekend and Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
Experience a military event including:
- M36 Jackson tank destroyer
- Sherman tank
- Chaffee (and more to be released),
- Lancaster and Mosquito taxy runs
- Over 60 military vehicles, over 100 reenactors
- Trade stands
- Warbird flying displays, featuring a Supermarine Spitfire and a Hawker Hurricane
- Soak up the 1940’s atmosphere at this our biggest reenactment weekend in our events calendar
- With 1940’s entertainment from Damaris Jean and the Festival Swing Dance Society
