My passenger side washer jet has always been a little lazy compared to the drivers side, so yesterday I swapped them for the Maverick Jet spray ones.
I’m still finding the passenger side a little lazy compared to the drivers side, but i could live with it, it i could raise the pattern up the screen a little.
It seems though however, that these are not adjustable.
Does anyone know any different ???
I am not certain about the MX5 but it’s not uncommon to have non-return valves in each washer hose, I have had them get restricted with crud pumped through.
Might be worth a look.
From what I can see, the non return valves are in the jets on the MX5, as since fitting the Maverick jets, i’m now suffering bleed back.
Well I was until i installed a non return valve.
Sort one problem and another one turns up!!!
I removed all the pipework last night and gave them a good jetting out with the bath tap.
A bit of crud came out under pressure, but i’m still finding the passenger side a little lazy compared to the drivers.
I’ve got a lazy washer on the passenger side. She never does the dishes.
