Greetings all, looking for a good product for cleaning & conditioning leather seats in my Mk3. Any recommendations and advice/suggestions? Cheers.
Damp cloth. The leather, such as it is, is sealed with a plastic coating. You can’t condition modern car leather in the same way you could 50 years ago.

I have used MER Leather Cleaner on My MX and other cars with Leather seats for many a year and the finish is OK.
But a few months ago I decided to buy some Autoglym Leather Balm to feed and nourish the leather, only to read on this site a short time later
that the leather seats on MX-5’s are sealed with something, so feeding them won’t work (dunno, I suppose to keep the rain etc from ruining them if caught with the top down).
Makes sense, so possibly just stick with a good quality car seat leather cleaner - loads of choice in Halfords.
