Hi all, i just wanted to know why my home location does not show under my name and pic when i post, can i put this right ?

Edit your profile and add it to the ‘Where do you live?’ box rather than the ‘City’ one…
Why? I don’t know…
I raised the question about 6 months ago as to whether something could be done to make it easier for people to set up their profile to include location (https://www.mx5oc.co.uk/forum/yaf_postst98938_Displaying-member-s-location.aspx), but unfortunately nothing seems to have been done and I have noticed that almost all new members who introduce themselves on the forum end up being asked “where abouts are you?”

I expect Ian will reply too, but go into My Profile (under Why Join on the Forum homepage) and choose Edit Profile from the list on the left.
