I can start the engine by jumping the starter so I know the solenoid and starter are OK but, as you’ve guessed, I’m diagnosing a starting issue. No crank when I turn the key. I should add there’s no voltage on the little wire that connects to the solenoid when ignition is turned to start.
I think I’m down to:
- ignition switch (I’ve cleaned this, contacts were very worn so I’ve ordered a new one anyway)
- “ST 20a” fuse (top left in circuit diagram)
- starter relay
Everything is labelled in Japanese, which does make things a little harder!
Can anyone describe / show me a photo of that fuse and relay location?
