Loose Heat Shields

The heat shields on the down pipe and catalytic converter have come loose on by 1990 Mk1 Eunos Roadster,

The exhaust itself is o/k and not blowing

Couple of questions, do i just get the offending heat shields cut of  as replacements I have seen dont seem to have heat shields.

Any one know of a reliable garage or someone who could do this for me. I live about 8 miles  NE of Chester on the A56

I had the same thing on my downpipe. I just put a couple of exhaust clamps on and it sorted the problem.

Had a look at the weekend and the heat shield on the cat came away with little effort.

two exhaust clamps stopped the down pipe rattle so all back to normal
