I’ve just registered on this forum having owned my ND for a year.
I was wondering if anyone here has entered their car in the Mach Run Sept 2025? I’ve entered my car along with approx 200 more.
I’ve no association with the organisers who use the event to raise money for charity. I only live 20 miles from Machynlleth and
the event takes the cars on a 50 mile convoy through beautiful mid Wales.

It’s the road run where military jets fly VERY low, so should be stunning scenery.
Being a Sunday means no planes though😏

Not done it before but watched it. There was all sorts of cars from Lambo’s to Moggy 1000. There are some vids on utube. I live here and I’m still not fed up with the roads and scenery.
Yes, no jets on Sundays, some of the cheeky pilots wave at us 200 ft or so. Madness😂

Only a few tickets left for Mach Run event.
Great day out at Machynlleth yesterday with brilliant weather,cars and Mach run through the beautiful Welsh countryside.
So many people cheering/waving and just enjoying the run of over 200 cars. 2 Ferrari/Nissan GTR/Mclaren 720s and a Shelby Mustang.
Counted 8 MX5s,spoke to a few who are members on here-just a great meet up!

Indeed it was a great day. A charity event for Aberdyfi Lifeboat Station, Aberdyfi Search and Rescue and Blood Bike Wales. Last year raised £8k I think.
As 787 driver said says the route was lined with spectators along the route.
Can’t wait for Mach Run 2026!!

Total raised for Charity was £9430.

That’s a grand result.
This run is an event I’d like to try but it’s a bit of a haul over one day all the way from the east of England.
If anyone gets wind of the date for next year’s event in advance would they share it early please?
That way it might be possible to find somewhere to stay overnight.
