I added a Maxton boot lip spoiler to my ND and can confirm that it’s excellent, both in terms of fitment (perfectly shaped to match the boot lid) and finish (with a high gloss black top surface). The actual design (imho) is miles more attractive than Mazda’s OEM boot lip spoiler, and if I end up keeping the car, I’ll probably add Maxton’s front splitter too.
Meticulous preparation is key to a perfect installation though. As delivered, there is a single continuous strip of double side tape (about 12mm wide) on the seating surface, but I added two further strips of 5mm wide d/s tape right on the leading and trailing edges of that seating surface.
I also used isopropyl alcohol to clean every trace of slippy stuff from the boot lid itself.
