Hello,

A big thanks for the helpful replies to my previous message.

The strong advice I`ve been getting before re-mapping is to get a new Cold Air Intake Induction kit.

As there are just a few potential suppliers (with massively varying prices I would appreciate your thoughts on any recommendations e.g K&N,HKS,NC etc.

You’ll struggle to get meaningful gains without spending a few quid. Manifold, exhaust, true cold air intake, cams. The claimed bhp gains K&N etc make are in ideal circumstances on a new car, you’ll rarely get close in the real world. Remap is great but so the mechanical mods first or you’re wasting your money.
