Hello all, I heard today that Brian the Mazdaman at Bicester has retired and he has sold his business to some new people who are carrying on the business. I used to use Brian’s services and was always pleased with his work. In fact I found it worth travelling the 20 miles or so to have him service my car rather than use someone locally. So now my question is, has anybody on here used the new people? I’d be interested to find out if ithey are as good as Brian was (hopefully)
Yes they are, Kim & Alex trading as Auto Pro Services, trained and assisted by Brian before he left, recommend them, familiar with all Mks they looked after mine, might even trust them with my RF, Paul H, Bicester.
Brian was one of the main reasons I had Mazdas when I lived in Oxford, and for many years later.
I’ve just bought myself a 1997 MX6 which I was thinking of driving up to Bicester from Axminster in Devon for Brian to have a look at. It’s got a couple of issues I want to get sorted but I haven’t found anyone around here who’s even remotely interested in working on it.
I’ve joined the MX6 owners club, so I’ll put the feelers out there. I’m not holding out much hope as most of the members seem to be based in the US.
Brian Holden (MazdaMan - now Wales Ltd) lives up on the Welsh coast at a lovely little village called Glyntharen, near Aberporth, uses the same mobile number as before 07770 815537, looks forward to meeting MX5 owners (and other types) for coffee, chat and servicing, there you go, all is not lost. Paul H, Bicester - who has visited Brian and can assure past customers that all is well and he is still MazdaMan !.
