MC mk 3.5 (Miyako 60 plate) bulb replacement set

I visited Halfords and the store systems pointed me to the bayonet type, when I got home to fit them in, they are capless types, where you pull the old one out and push new ones in.

A check on the Halfords system on the internet is not successful, looks like I need to go elsewhere to buy them. Where best to go?

Thanking you in advance of your replies

Avoid the big “sheds”,they ain’t got a clue about bulbs.Go to a local indy garage where they can take the old bulb out and identify what type you have.

Be interested in what you sort in the end as only just got 2011 Miyako and currently don’t need bulbs, but would be handy to know or even get a complete spare set for the future.

Thanks, John

Ask Halfords to fit it for you.

That’s what my daughter does, it only cost her £8 for a side light bulb.

I think it must be their computer system. I ordered an H3 headlight bulb for one of my front lamps, when I collected they brought out a small sidelight bulb and immediately realised it was wrong. I had ordered their own brand bulb as it was cheaper but they returned from the shop floor with a Bosch lamp.
Not bad for £3.00

Were you after a replacement set for emergencies or to replace a specific blown bulb - if so which one?

The sidelights are 501 5W push in bulbs

The fog lights are H11 bayonet bulbs

I have replaced both of these in my 2011 Miyako with LEDs

Tail/brake light. Hopefully local Mazda garage will have the right emergency kit, then I can take it into Halfrauds and show them what I needed and get a refund for the bayonet set I paid for. These leds on your car looks the business, I will be getting some for mine

Hi if you look at the autobulbsdirect .co.uk web site you can type in your reg and all replacement bulbs and alternatives will come up . I have used them in the past with no problems
