It’s a few years ago now and well before my mx5 days.but for anyone who’s not been to the 24 hours of Le Mans you really do need to go,it’s great.
The race had actually finished some four hours earlier and after watching Jenson Button win that incredible Canadian GP we decided to head off back to our digs. But for some unknown reason we ended up on a closed part of the circuit.as there was no one around and the opportunity appeared we decided to go all the way and ended up on the grid itself.so we quickly turned the cars around,just in case! Took some pictures and returned the way we had come.happy days
