**Midweek Run and Private Tour of Tissington Hall**
Hi Again Everyone
I have now paid HH for the Tissington Hall trip in full, and they have asked if any one has any dietary requirements?
Presumably meaning Gluton Free Scones, nut allergies etc, or seeds in Jam?
Or Decaf Tea or Coffee or any other drink instead.
If anyone has any dietary requirements that you need, please let us know.
Thank you
David and Ann
Hi All
Having now completed our first ‘rekki’, for this run, we have amended the start time to 10:30 am prompt from Markeaton/McDonalds car park.
The proposed run to The Ramblers Retreat will take us slightly longer than we initially thought it would and this will make it a little easier for us to arrive in good time for our 12:15 lunch slot.
We hope this will be ok with everyone.
Thank you David and Ann

**Hi All UPDATE FOR PAYMENT**
Can I please ask if you can let David and I have your payments for the Tissington Hall Trip by 25th October, as we have to pay in full before hand.
We may be seeing some of you at St Joseph’s Italian Night, or at the Denby Pottery Run, if you want to pay us cash then. If not please ring David 0781 4163389 to arrange a bank transfer.
Thank you

David and Ann are in the process of putting together a short run with lunch/refreshments break and short run to Tissington Hall. We will have a private guided tour by Sir Richard FitzHerbert before a cream tea. Tickets are £30.00 each for the Tour and Cream Tea. (We will post more details of meet up point details nearer the time, but at present thinking of leaving McDonald’s Markeaton Island at 11am).
Tissington Hall, Ashbourne Derbyshire
Built in 1609 by Francis FitzHerbert, whose family still lives here. Over the centuries many wings have been added to the core structure of the house most notably by Joseph Pickford of Derby in the late 18th century and then, around 1900, by the eminent architect Arnold Mitchell who constructed the library and billiard room which protrude from the western side. Sir Richard FitzHerbert shows visitors the 3017- volume library with C19 photo albums, his favourite room. Fine panelling and collection of old masters. Ten-acre garden and arboretum.
