Hi all. Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong section. 

I have installed a new Mishimoto radiator along with a new fan shroud. The issue I have is in wiring up the fans. 
The OEM fan I removed was a single unit with the original connection however the new fans (they come as a pair) have individual wiring with bullet connections which means I will have to splice into the original wire. 

My question is, do I just connect both fans to the original wire from the original single fan?

 

Im fairly confident in most things mechanical however where wiring involving relays etc are concerned, I’m a bit stupid.

Thanks Glynn, one question is the “signal wire”. What’s this for? It it on the back of my stereo and what relevance does this have to my fans?

Hi Moff,
The yellow wire is for an ignition live feed , if you connected it to a permanent live source the fan would most possibly run the battery down with the ignition off !
