  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: Mk 1 Bodywork Repair Panels/Sections.

Hi Folks,

I have recently bought an early Eunos that requires some bodywork repairs. I hoping to do as much of the welding and bodywork myself with a lot of expert help and much practice.

There are lots of items available on eBay but I have no idea about the quality of these panels. Has anyone on her purchased repair panels for their own cars, and does anyone have their own recommendations of where to buy these items? Also, do Mazda a range of repair panels?

That company do excellent repair work, some members have had work done there.
Their panels I guess should be up to a good standard, I’d think they use them themselves.
Also check out their YouTube blog on MX-5 repairs, links are all there if you search their website.

I’ve been looking at a couple of their videos, and yes, they look like they know what they are doing. I agree that the panels they’d use must be sound, although I think they also make up some of the panels themselves. Great source!
