Our PRHT is beeping like mad.
It could be that the latch sesnor isn’t functioning properly and thinks that the roof is open when it is, in fact, closed and the latch locked.
Has anyone got info on the possible solution with the latch lock system and sensor etc?
I havent a clue - are there any easy adjustments that can be done to “tighten” it alll up so that the sensor sees the top as shut and locked???
OK. So someone has come up with this page to work through - poss a wekend job as work keeps getting in the way (Plus coldness and darkness)

Weekend UPDATE: taken the SmartTop moduel out and all is back to normal. Stafan has been brill in testing it in our mk3 from Las Vegas - wonders of the internet. Stefan will send me a new unit and check/test my old one
IT’s CHRISTMAS!
Well, it feels like it is as our module is back and works and we have no more blooming beeps
It was sent back to Stefan after he stayed up till midnight to link up with me to test it all remotely from Las Vegas.
Unfortunately, the SmartTop unit wouldn’t cooperate and so was sent back - he was able to find the problem and fixed it.
Stefan said “It looks like the module failed due to corrosion. This happens extremely rarely, so I did not expect that. Could you please check for any signs of water or humidity in the area where the module was?”
We now have a pair of large dehumidifier absorber bags in the car
