General information and history…
Red mk1 1.8 on roughly 110k kms (69ishk miles)
Ive owned the car for roughly 12 years i think and over this time its spend the vast majority of it in the garage either being tinkered with or pampered
The car lives in the garage through winter and doesnt see rain if it can be helped
Ive been making a full spec list for a while but i keep going back to it to add more so it may get updated yet.
Looking for £7000 as it sits on rpf1s with all of my spares including an engine and mk1 5 speed box which are both servicable and usable, a set of ratty mk1 enkai wheels and various parts removed from the car ie the yellow strut brace, standard headlights and covers etc and anything else that is in ~the pile~ (various standard bits and spare engine parts etc like injectors, an alternator and fuel rail, some brake pad sets etc)

The car has been very well looked after in its time with loads of good bits thrown at it to tidy it up and give it the performance it deserves
Bad parts
Theres a scrape on the drivers side front wing which the previous owner did whilst wheeling the var out the garage for me to come and buy it - currently covered by a gantin motorsport sticker
The passenger window regulator cable has snapped but i think there may be one in the pile which ill stick in if i can find it
Soft top has no window (was just gunna remove the soft top and fit jass solid mounting hard top brackets - which are in the pile)
Motd last month so that itd be ready to go for next year
Ive got a quite extensive (long winded) build thread on here where ive documented pretty much everything ive done to the car since i took it out of its long term storage (mums garage) and brought it back to mines
Car is running a very healthy 216hp and can easily be mapped up to 250ish since its had a beefy clutch fitted but i never got round to going back to get the top end boost mapped as it druves absolutely brilliantly and can be driven hard without worrying about blowing it up
Always looked after and warmed up to 90 deg oil temp before driving and cooled down afterwards, serviced before and after track days etc
Quite happy to make a deal without the rpf1s etc to make it a bit cheaper if required theres a random set of decent condition mk1 wheels with decent tread tyres in the garage it can go on if needed
Genuine reason for sale is im getting a new project soon and i need the space in the garage for it as its gunna need a lot of work, i love the 5 and it is by far the longest ive owned a car but needs must for new ventures
