MK1 Coolant

I own a Eunos Roadster and need to flush out and replace the coolant. I’ve been doing a lot of research as to what coolant to use and I feel I know less now than I did before I started. I’ve been into Halfords and they stock a variety of Comma antifreeze; silicate, OAT, and HOAT. I’ve read conflicting opinions that all of these are both bad and good in some way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Mk1 is on Evans Power Cool 180, but that is another debate.

Texacos is recommended or mazdas own, system holds 4.5 ltrs 50/50 mix with a standard rad fitted if that helps.

Which Texaco antifreeze do you recommend?

I always use good old fashioned Blucol or equivilent got from local motor factors. The antifreeze I buy for the Mazda Eunos is shared with my 1934 Austin. both cars have cast iron and alloy parts in the waterworks.
Austin has a soldered brass radiator so I have to be careful.

Worth a read (its short)
