Mk1 inner tie rod washer

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: Dimensions for the mk1 inner tie rod washer.

As above, was wondering if anyone has the dimensions of the oem mk1 inner tie rod washers for vehicles with power steering?

I found out that the aftermarket washers I used when replacing the tie rods do not hold the tie rods in place effectively and they like to start to undo so I have to check them regularly.

Was hoping to get some oem ones but nowhere seems to have them and after talking to Autolink and Mazda, turns out Mazda do not make them anymore (at the moment).

Anyway, my dad’s mate can laser cut me some new ones but I need the dimensions and as the car is my daily, it is a pain to remove the tie rod to properly measure the rack with a vernier in the time that I have access to the ramps at work.

So does anyone have the dimensions or a template?
