Hi there, having only recently come into possession of a mk 3.5 I was going to tidy the interior up with a better pair of seats. I’ve seen a pair at a great price but they are for a mk2.5. Can it be done ?
Anything is possible, you would just need to alter or make brackets to take the different seat mounting.
You also might have some issues around seat belts, and seat occupancy sensor to resolve.
And potentially missing side air bags…
Sounds like a palava🙄 my two options so far were a cheap pair for sale in Antrim which are in quite good nik. or an upholstery company in York make nice kits. There called the seat surgeons, pricey but nice. Think I’ll get em re-covered.
