So picked up a 2.5 sport which appears to have Bilstein suspension, was surprised when I opened the boot to find a Eibach Sport springs box with 4 springs inside.
So how do I easily tell which springs are currently fitted and which are in the box?
Eibach springs should be black, with “Eibach” printed on the coils.
If in doubt, count the number of coils on the springs fitted, and compare to those in the box. Eibach will have less.
