You are looking for anything that will comfortably slot into those holes you have uncovered (as shown 1 min into vid from link) so a pointed awl, small flatt screwdiver, allen key, etc. Once you have your desired tool to hand slot it into the 2nd hole up pointing outwards then wiggle the unit around until its loose.
