Mk2 - connector under dash?

What is this connector under the dash on my early Mk2?

It may be for powered door locks. I extracted these from the JDM wiring manual:

It's time I gave something back to the forum

Digging deeper, it appeared this JDM car had some things not often available on UK cars of a similar age - a limited slip differential (supposedly a good thing – more about that later), anti-lock braking, air conditioning, power steering and electric windows.
