Mk3 2L LSD recommended gearbox & trans oils

What are the current best recommended oils for the MK3 2l sport (2006) LSD differential, clutch and the gearbox?

And where would you buy them?

Just go to OPIE OIL Opie Oils - Automotive Fluids, Oils, Parts, Tools their website will guide you to the correct products.

2 x 1 litres 75w 90 gear box oil to GL4 spec

1 x 1 litre 75w 90 diff oil to GL4/5 spec.

1 x 5 litres 5w 30 full synthetic engine oil

Brand is your choice, I go with Castrol gear and diff oils. Engine I choose Mobil Super 3000 FE

Gearbox on the 2L 6 speed will take the 2 litres, slightly less on the 5 speed.
Diff on all just under the 1 litre.
Engine, buy the 5 litres 2 L takes around 4.6 ish litres.:+1:
