MK3 headlights confusion

I have sold my MX5 now and have some spare parts left over, some of them being headlights.

I didn’t want to list them incorrectly. My car was a 2007 PRHT model, would my headlights be compatible with all MK3 or just the NC1?

I am guessing just NC1 but does the soft top matter? I know that would sound strange but on MX5 parts they have warnings saying “These will only fit LHD retractable hardtop models, not those with a convertable soft top” and yes those are LHD and mine are RHD but that warning just threw me.

I read on mx5parts that for the RHD NC1 models the PRHT headlights make a good upgrade for the soft top NC1 models.
I don’t know why the differ between the two as the bumper is the same on all NC1’s. It could be the weight difference between PRHT and soft top and the height adjustment control, who knows??

That’s pretty strange, I do not see why the headlight for the PRHT would differ.

Oh well I guess that means they will fit all NC1s.

Where did you see the warning? There is a note here about chrome and matte finish but I can’t see where it says that there is a difference between soft top and Roadster Coupe.

It was for the mk3.5 models - Headlamp, Halogen, LHD Mk3.5 Roadster Coupe, 2008>2012

It just made me wonder if there was some difference I was missing but seems specific for LHD models for some reason.
