Very nice presentation; bushes can away much more easily than mine (see may post on the same) so I am glad for you! I changed the bushes in the lower front arm as well, with all the bolt removal hassles that you cover in your other video.

What I might contribute is that the saw cuts should be dressed out. An aluminium structure like this is very prone to fatigue failure, and the cuts will greatly increase stress concentration, and may shorten the fatigue life, i.e. lead to a crack across the bush mounting. That is, it is better to remove material to create a smooth surface rather than leave the sharp edges.

Thanks for posting this. I’ll be tackling this in the spring and it’s good to know that the steel liners are only on the front.

I do have a g clamp but also have some bits of threaded rod and various washers and bolts, and plan to use them as a makeshift puller.
