There is this one - not the right sport 16 wheels but looks like leather seats.

The Aoshima NB 1/24 scale kit widely available at the moment is a Mazdaspeed tuned one with bodykit, roll bar and bucket seats. It’s available from UK sellers, i got one for Christmas.

The kit could be built as a standard NB if you can source the wheels and normal seats. [Edit] the more standard one has recently been listed as well:

I bought the Aoshima Roadster RS (NB8C) kit about 4 years ago. I could not find it in the UK so I imported it from Japan and not as expensive as one would have thought.It’s painted the colour of my car and I printed my Reg No using excel.
Perhaps I should have bought more than one.
