I’ve bought bits and pieces (Inc a Cobalt exhaust for the ND) from Moss Europe and never had an issue.
I purchased a hoist system for the Eunos hard top and the order was processed and despatched via UPS very quickly.
I was out shopping (ugh, but it’s got to be done) when I got an email saying UPS had delivered to the doorstep; however no photo was available in the email. Got home, no parcel. Che ked neighbours next door and across the road, but nothing seen or taken in.
Advised Moss Europe by email and within a couple of hours a replacement was being sent via TNT.
That evening, doorbell rang and someone said “think this is yours?”. It was the UPS parcel, delivered to a similar address (Drive rather than Walk) 6 MILES away; so much for postcodes!
Moss Europe was most understanding, and have asked me to return the double order and they will refund postage. I know, legally, they are responsible but even so, communication was quick and polite, so they deserve a mention.
NOTE: If you designate a “safe space” on a delivery, and it gets stolen, then YOU are responsible, not the sender, if it’s gone missing.
