Mounting a fire extinguisher in an NB

Be wary where you fit an extinguisher, in the event of an accident it could end up doing significant damage to any occupants either by coming loose and flying around the cabin or flailing limbs striking it. There;s also the other issue of probably delaying you in getting out. In the event of a fire first thing to do is get clear of the car not go fumbling for an extinguisher. If you must, put it in the boot, well secured from working loose.
There are reasons why competition vehicles have to have a plumbed in system.
