Has just been announced that Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has died from breast cancer aged 39… They did some great pop tunes…

I hear that the baby - now grown up of course ! - is suing the band, citing misuse of image without consent (!), child pornography, and all sorts of b******s.
How pathetic - I guess the chap is broke, and needs the funds to pay for a habit or two ! I hope the judge throws it out of court, but I doubt he will. It will probably end up with a huge multi-million dollar settlement after a few years dragging on through the court system.
Of course, it could start a whole new trend in litigation. How about the young girl photographed naked for the cover of the Blind Faith album ?
