This twice today, might repeat it again.
The Architect Tour had such a feel-good effect on the crowd that this album is still special to me.

My sister kindly gave me a £20 Amazon Gift card last weekend for a 60th birthday present.
These are the discs I got which I played for the first time during yesterday evening…!

An exceedingly well fueled performance by the Specials of ‘Stereotype’, on it’s release.
Tonight’s discs were, firstly The Weeknd with “Starboy” to see what my nephew’s fave music was all about, and then some more Anastacia…

This is one of the many CD’s my brother gave me now he just streams his music…
I knew Tanita Tikaram was good, just didn’t realise how good… She was just 19 when she recorded this debut album…!

I saw her live, I think at Hammersmith, (1987?) when she was virtually unknown - one of the random gigs I attended when I lived in London. I still listen to the album, and she still does a lot on YouTube. Worth checking out. Stop Listening.
The Reytons - Kids off the Estate. Great local (to me) band clearly inspired by the early Arctic Monkeys sound.
Off The Bone - The Cramps
R3 in concert Choral Lamentations featuring Thomas Tallis among others.
Kylie, Disco (Guest List Edition).
I drove to the sound of the Infinite Disco virtual show…
“Do you believe in magic?”…
The War on Drugs, Under Pressure and Red Eyes, and Richard Hawley , Down in the woods
Guns ‘N’ Roses and The Stone Roses are one of the first 2 CD’s I ever bought back in the day. Cost me a tidy sum but they are still played a lot. Quality never goes out of style👍
"Do you believe in magic?
I much prefer the song by the Lovin’ Spoonful.
Sorry!
Good thing you don’t decide what I listen to then, isn’t it?
Tonight, or actually last night to be accurate now!, I spun these two

Get a grip son! Why are you so aggressive? I only stated my personal preference, which is quite common on these threads! I didn’t dictate what you should listen to!
Lol… And you call me agressive?
“What are you listening to right now?” is this thread’s title.
Just saying.
Eve of Destruction - Barry McGuire
followed by:-
There’s a kind of hush (all over the world tonight) - Herman’s Hermits
A weather warning:-
A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall - Bob Dylan
Sorry, just couldn’t resist! It’s called “Black Humour” folks! Something the British are renown for in times of crisis.
