After developing shoulder issues I replaced my MX-5 soft top with a Focus ST. Wrong move which I have now rectified :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Focus ST is nice, however not an MX-5, welcome back to the addiction.

Not my car but my photos from the AE30 unveiling back in 2019 at Elvington. This is/was car 0000/1000 - was as I suspect it will no longer exist! The AE30 is my favourite of the ND special editions as it’s such a great colour. Posted as I thought it might be of iterest given it was the first public sighting of the AE30 in the UK and the recent posts about the AE35.

Drone shot from Glen Etive, the Skyfall Road of our 2022 Soul Red Crystal 2.0 GT Sport Tech.

And a couple more from the nearby “Three Sisters” on the A82 through Glencoe.

At last - the wait is over! Picked up my new Homura Roadster yesterday (24th July) and spent most of today working down my list of jobs (but also fitted in a mini photo session!). Still have the full paintwork detailing to do, but Monday is already earmarked for that particular “little” job :slightly_smiling_face:

Washed it this morning, and did the soft top afterwards. First time in 2 years, thanks to the wonderful invention of the Mazda half covers (2 at once!) and not driving it in the rain nor getting the soft top wet ever. It didn’t need a wash, but I thought don’t change a routine which has produced no green stuff in 7 years.

Once all dried, took it for a spin to the Brecon Beacons. A 40 mile round trip to warm the oil up nicely in 20 degree outside heat.
That very spot is where I used to camp last year with my dog when I had a Nissan Elgrand
