There is an early bird off on all our current events so far for next year.

Ah that’s a shame it’s earlier than usual. Clashes with Le Mans unfortunately so that rules a few of us out. Let me know if there’s any more MX-5 focused ones planned for later in the year as they’re always really good fun.

There are always MX-5’s on our days wherever we are, so have a look at our calendar.
The thing about track days which is easily overlooked is that the faster your car is, the quicker you catch up to slower traffic and since track day rules govern overtaking procedures to prevent any silly driving and “racing incidents,” then your 500 phower M4 is actually going to far more time waiting behind slower traffic than your average MX-5 who will enjoy the performance of their car, and use more or it because of that. They are good on any track.

Thanks Nick, I’ve been on enough mixed session trackdays over the last 30 years to know that it’s invariably the guys in their recently fully financed BMW’s with all the bhp and no idea how to deal with the power, or slower traffic that means you spend most of your time looking in your rear view mirror trying to stay the hell out of their way haha (I always found Donington to be the worst for that). Shame I can’t make it this time, will certainly be back for the MX-5 only next year!
What’s the Blyton calendar entry at the end of May?
