AC Liaison sent an update to all AC’s recently and one of the items in the update, was a request for Areas that wished to have a display stand at the National.
I duly emailed Helen and I am pleased to say, Helen has responded today, saying we are on the list, which is great news👍
We are only allowed 8 MX-5’s on the stand and as with past MX-5 National Rally’s, we will be giving priority to Solent members with medical conditions to put their cars on the Solent Area Stand, as an area where they can sit and relax between walking around and seeing all that will be available see at this great event in the MX5OC Calendar. For those new members that have not been to a National Rally before, this is a good oppertunity to come and find us and say hello and we can also advise you on use of the forum and drives and events that Solent Area partake in.

Hi Mal,
Well done on securing a slot as they are limited. Usually the Areas location guarantee you being in the heart of the action so I recommend you respond to Mal.

Does anyone know when the tickets are being posted out, im assuming they should come with the hardtop magazine.

For info, there is just one place left on the Solent Area stand now.
NB: Dogs are allowed everywhere except the house and normal doggie poo bag rules apply👍

For those going up to the National Rally at Compton Verney on the 9th June and have been wondering about a convoy drive, Gerry Hall is happy to meet up with anyone going to the Rally at Tothill Services (A34 Northbound) at 08:45 ready for a prompt departure at 09:00.

Hello, I have recently joined and the excitement of being able to join the MX5OC is wonderful. My magazine arrived with ticket enclosed. My MK1 Dakar is still with the garage. I met up with some members at Ramster Gardens recently. Would anyone be leaving from the Gosport area. I would be very happy to buy a lunch or contribute towards petrol. Thank you Caroline
