I have a problem with a mishaped side window rubber seal. Any suggestions on how to solve this? I’m based in Sheffield and hopefully I’ve attached an image that shows the problem.

Remove door card and pull the seal down in to the door.Basically its too high up.Be careful not to trap your hands in the window regulator /glass etc.Seal needs to be pulled down when glass is fully up

Looking for help . this is a pic of my 1993 MX5 Mk1 drivers side door quarter light/window seal which is ripped. Not sure which seal I need to replace! Is their a combined quarter light/ window guide seal or is it two seals. I am replacing the electric window regs and plan to replace the door /window seals and this one in the picture if I can figure out if it’s the front guide channel seal or quarter light seal? Any help would be appreciated
