MX5 mk4 Leaking Hood Passenger Side

Hi guys
In all the recent rain my 2016 Mx5 mk4 seems to have developed a leaking hood.
This is on the passenger side at the rubber joint where the hood bends Tg

It’s dripping off the bit of rubber sticking out on the right hand side of the photo. I’ve inspected the hood and it looks exactly the same as the driver side no damage showing !!

Hoping someone else has already experienced this :smile:

Treat the rubber seals first. A rubber treatment such as Autoglym produce can revive the seals. Worked on my Mk1 hood seals a while back
I always clean the seals first then wipe over with the above, other products available of course.
See how it goes from there.:+1:
