MX5 NB/MK2 car keys broken?

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: Car keys stopped working

Hello, my car keys were working fine yesterday but today they have stopped working. I have tried replacing the battery on them but that did not fix them. I don’t know if I need to try reprogram them to my car or replace the fob? Any help would be much appreciated. (Also there used to be a red light that flashed when I pressed a button, but it no longer flashes)

Looks like an old Cobra key fob, there’ll be a relearn procedure to search google for.

It’s usually something like hold a button down for certain time.

Tried that and it is not working what should I do now?( it says that there should be a flashing led but there isnt

I fixed it, noticed something was nicked off the pcb so I soldered it back. But I still needed to pair it. Thx for the help
