MX5 NC alignment specialist Romford/essex/london?

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: wheel alignment

Hi all

Anybody recommend any MX-5 wheel alignment in Essex or London.

Car has been lowered on Superimiata Xida touring springs, have new slightly wider wheels Bola fle 7.5j 40 offset 17inch. Running 215/45/17 PS5. I’ve got my specification for my alignment, but can’t find anyone who can do the alignment.

Local garage tried but he didn’t know how to adjust caster! They gave up, also rear camber is sized, that’s getting resolved next week with poly bush and new bolt.

Any help appreciated.

Used to be WIM but still the same team of brilliant mechanics and their machines. Not cheap though last time it cost me £180 for a full spec alignment with Goodwin racing settings, so that will be your cost. Small adjustments to Mazda sec will obviously be cheaper.

It’s over an hour away without traffic.

Tyre Smart in Witham. They don’t do appointments so I would recommend getting there early.

I ended up using the The Tyre Shop in Chingford. They were great.

Apparently only place in the uk with two hunter machines!
